Violence in the home is so pervasive, and its consequences so devastating and long lasting, that it can be difficult to remain optimistic. But a new approach to prevention that invites men from our community like Bo Outlaw & Nick Anderson of the Orlando Magic and boys to be part of the solution is providing real hope for stopping violence before it ever begins.

Harbor House is in a unique collaboration with the Orange County Domestic Violence Taskforce to address the prevention of first-time perpetration and victimization of intimate partner violence. We have several components to our “Coaching Boys into Men” which primary focus is working with men in the community to be allies with women to promote healthy, non violent homes:
